Weekly or Monthly rentals

Reservations will not be accepted from anyone UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Villa is rented from 2 PM on Saturday to 11 AM the following Saturday unless otherwise stated. Tenants not observing these times will be charged additional fees. Contact Irene @ 724-495-7329 or ijpatuc@gmail.com to inquire about alternate arrangements.

Our Ocean Villa comfortably accommodates 2 adults; however, no more than 4 persons may occupy the villa. Overcrowding is grounds for cancellation and eviction. The number of occupants is monitored.

All tenants will be assessed a $100 cleaning fee.

The Villa is furnished with everything necessary for your vacation stay.

Pets are NOT permitted at any time. No Exceptions!

We reserve the right to evict noisy, destructive, and/or disorderly tenants without notice. Rent will be forfeited and any damage done must be paid for by the tenant. Please respect our property and neighbors.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa. Smoking in the condo will result in a $250 cleaning fee and will be deducted from the tenant's security deposit.

Security Deposit: There is a $300 security deposit that will be returned once it is confirmed that there was no damage to the condo while you were there. An amount will be deducted from your deposit to cover all damages. If the damage exceeds $300, you will be required to pay all additional costs.

Reservation Deposit: Once you have decided on a time for your stay, you will need to send a deposit of 50% of the rental fee to reserve your dates. This deposit is not refundable and is forfeited if the balance of the rent and security deposit are not received at least 60 days prior to check in.

Our villa is finished. If you have small children, kindly protect the mattresses with rubber sheeting. Cooking and eating utensils will be provided.
